Senior Analog Electronics Designer

We develop and build complex high-tech products, often at the limit of what is technologically possible. Examples include a complex lithography machine, a compact electron microscope, a smart home automation system or an electric self-charging car. We do this with a team of enthusiastic electronics, software, mechanics, mechatronics, and mathematics specialists.

What excites you as a Senior Analog Electronics Designer?

We develop advanced systems where we must get the utmost performance out of electronics, both in speed, accuracy, power, and efficiency. Control of the analog electronics domain is then essential. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced designer, with expertise in analog and mixed signal electronics, who sees a challenge in exploring the limits of what is possible.

- Your main responsibility will be electronic design of hardware modules that are part of our systems.

This is what we are looking for
- An academic degree in electronics or electrical engineering and at least 7 years of work experience in a similar role
- Several years of expertise in mixed signal and preferably analog circuit design, sensor interfacing and signal conditioning
- Experience with either precision high voltage electronics or power electronics (HV generators, power converters, highly temperature stable circuits, thermal modelling, and analysis) are a pre.
- Affinity with physics, mechanics, software and signal processing.
- Demonstrable analytical skills, able to think in concepts and good practical skills
- Excellent communication and personal skills, independent, used to take ownership.
- Good coaching skills
- The will to continuously learn and develop yourself
